You're playing MGS without knowing how to fast travel, and you're probably not improving chopper deployment speed.

by walking i meant when starting a mission you often have to overcome distances of over 1 km. also when you get into the chopper or on landing with you in it it takes a lot of time. and my speed is on lvl 2

Admire the scenery?

You can also find a high point from far away to scout ahead if you are far away from the objective.

It'll take a while but maxing your chopper speed you will appreciate.

Use D-horse or a jeep, cuts travel times down a lot!

If you're just trying to get back to the ACC, there is an option in the pause menu to just load directly into it; but only when you're out in the field and not at Motherbase, you are froced to use the chopper to go from motherbase to the ACC.

If you think the helicopter is taking too long to arrive to the LZ, you need to upgrade its chasis; the highest grade of chasis allows the helicopter to take no more than 10-15 seconds to get to the LZ.

If you want to travel from one end of the same map that you are currently on faster, you either need to use a vehicle, D-Horse, or use the delivery box fast travel system.
Sadly, this is a game about waiting on helicopter rides more than it is about actual sneaking action. Not much can be done to fix that. It's fundamental to the design. Mods might be worth investing in.

I find the jeeps horrible. They pretty much can't manage going off road, which means you're stuck going through guard posts. They steer terribly at speeds not much faster than running.

Then use D-Walker to move around. It's the most versatile of all buddies depending on the loadout you give him. Probably the same speed as a jeep and much better maneuverability.

Sneaking through the same checkpoints over and over to get to your destinations gets old. Fortunately, a lot of checkpoints intentionally have hills on the sides that you can drive over, but many don't. I find the world pretty homogeneous overall. Too many valleys and brown canyons that you have to snake through. It would benefit from more/larger forests, more caves, beaches and larger towns with higher buildings.
