i am a Phantom Pain superfan. Over 2500 hours. 100% completion, 100% development.
4 FOBs, over 3800 FOB successful infiltrations.
There is no pay to win. I've never bought MB coins.
MB coins are offered for free on Wed, Sat, Sun.
Because of how costly and potentially game-breaking the endgame gold items are, 4 gold items at once is plently.
You will need to grind ALOT of FOBs to offset the cost of development. So don't worry.
Have patience and more importantly, have fun.
Exactly.
look i hate to be honest because i don't know if you are trolling or not, BUT
let's be honest:
1. if you're complaining now, you're probably not going to unlock all the endgame content anyway.
2. if you're complaining now, you're not ready for the highly repetitive (although fun) FOB gameplay
3. if you're complaining now, you are going to be no match for the players that have spend hundreds of hours perfecting PvP and infiltration FOB techniques.
4. if you're complaining now, you're most likely a casual player. casual players don't get too far in FOBs
5. if you're complaining now, you'll probably sink maybe 250 hours and then move on to another game
So don't worry about it.
But I still need to get more MB coins before I can purchase my final FOB base so one way or another it'll be a slow grind. Not in a massive hurry though because it's really only going to make FOB invasions easier and at the moment my skill needs to improve more so than my equipment.
I know I'm necroing a 7 year old thread, but this is one of the most delusional takes I've ever seen, specifically this
That's a long ahh time to be sinking in a game, a single player focused game no less. The timers this game has, with some developments taking 7 REAL LIFE days to complete is absurd. No singleplayer game should demand that much time to complete basic tasks, worse, multiple times at that. Why are we defending anti-consumer practices encouraged to entice players into buying premium currencies
