Game not working with mods installed?

I have the following mods installed, in this order:
Infinite Heaven.
Bionic Arms Reimagined.
I Can't Believe It's Not Reshade.
Infinite Ammo and Suppressors.
New Female Faces and Hair.
Provisional Showers For Infinite Heaven
Morbid's Side-Ops.
Suppress Notifications (all three)
TMWSTW Joint hair

And my game just refuses to load with these active. What am I doing wrong?

Also, I really want to use TUPPM and Anyone's MGSV Improvement. I'm pretty sure I used these together with Infinite Heaven with no issues before, but I can't remember how, or in what order I installed.

I'd also like to use a few that are apparently out of date, like Audio Redux, Yet Another Weather Mod, and Quiet Sniper Wolf Dress. Can I do this, or do I need them to be updated?

But even if i hadn't, that's not really helpful dude.

Are you using updated versions of each mod? if the mod wasn't published for the current MSGV versions (I think it's 1.12 or something) then the mods will not work. Try using snakebite, and only use current mods. It helps to browse the conversations attached to each mods and see if others are having similar issues as well.

So, I altered a few things, and now I'm managing to get to the main menu, but as soon as it starts loading, it freezes and quits.

Do I need to play more of the game before using mods? I started a new one, so I'm literally at the start of the first mission, to save Kaz.

Nah, you're fine modding it right off the bat. If you follow my instructions above you'll have no issues. You may not be able to use every mod you'd like, but your game will work which is nice.

I haven't beaten the game yet and I wouldn't mind a mod that makes the game darker at night. Everything is way too bright.

Also, I'd like a mod so that the helicopter upgraded engines don't make every support function cost so much.

Where to get mods other than Nexusmods?

The game loads fine without any mods.

So, I've taken out all the ones that aren't fully updated, altered my load order a little, and now I can load the game, kinda. I can get to the main menu, but as soon as I go to load the game itself, it gets about ten seconds in, and then the game freezes and crashes.

My load order's currently: Infinite Heaven

this is pretty uuh late but ive got some mods that arent the right build like 1.12.3 i think and some mods are 1.12.0 like first there werent or i didnt see any problems
but now my game freezes for a sec with a fps drop every few seconds
ive got
Infinite Heaven
the naked sniper ;)
solid rising (light)
s plus soldier mod
parasite sprinting
diamonds girls
no development requirements
i think the problem is the parasite sprinting but i dont wanna uninstall it cause it looks dope lol but if its what i have to do ill do it, its gonna suck but if it lets me finally play my game with smooth constant 60 fps without random fps drops or freezes then.

I've only played this game with IH, and it's definitely enhanced my experience, I have no guarantees that I will want to play this game through again after I play it, so I want to do it the way I want to the first time around.
