Any good methods around for farming GMP/money?

Ive read some old posts from 2 years ago about reloading checkpoints to exploit the system for farming but Im assuming thats been patched out? Most of the methods are so old I doubt they even work anymore.

Does anyone have any cool methods/pro tips for getting GMP? Im finding it difficult to get enough to make anything, takes 2-3 side missions to get enough to develop a single weapon, and mission rewards get slashed any time you repeat them so thats making it difficult as well.

Try invade neglected fobs in security challenge, those lv.0 fobs without security, just run towards to the core. I recall even the lowest level fob give you something like 850k gmp.

the most effective way for getting everything are fob missions.

regarding offline sources:
checkpoint based farming is still actual, the workaround is: start mission from free roam, extract all you want, pass checkpoint, abort (not "restart") mission

for easy offline gmp, you can extract some okapis (~150k for 1.5min, repeatable)..

Okapis, What the hell is that? And sounds like your saying the checkpoint farming is still good but you cant do it in missions. Could you clarify how you do it in free roam and what exactly you extract? I read in a forum you can deploy on a mission and start with a tank, then fulton the tank right after it starts, run to checkpoint and restart from last checkpoint and apparantly it will essentially duplicate the tank.

you *can* do it in missions. step-by-step:
1. deploy to free roam, take a vehicle (not necessary a tank, any you like) with you
2. open idroid, select a mission, confirm. start points will appear on the map
3. begin a mission (go to the box on start point)
4. extract your vehicle
5. extract everything you want: containers/guns/mortars/vehicles/walkergears
6. pass a checkpoint, listen that "extraction arrived at motherbase"
7. hit <esc>, select "abort mission", confirm
8. repeat from step 2 until getting bored

FOB missions. You can spam the event, or just low level 4 platform FOBs can give 2+mil (4+mil with the current event on)...

I've always had better luck with tsuchinokos if you drop a full collection of traps in the area where they spawn rather than okapis.

I was just looking for a way to farm GMP, and to be honest, it is a frustrating process. losing too much GMP for deployment purposes and such; sooner or later the game becomes a grinding simulator.

Anyway, here is a video I found on YouTube. It seems to be working still -looking at the late comments suggests it still does- so I thought maybe it helps sharing it here.

P.S. I found the video quite annoying and long, but if you can keep calm and watch -cause he is a bit annoying tbh- it seems to be the easiest way to farm for GMP.

I don't remember if he was online or offline, but it seems farming offline is the better option. At least that's what people on the comments suggest. Some people farmed almost 230 mil in a short time.

Fob's.

Imagine getting 22K processed fuel, 2M GMP and ~30K unprocessed by invading a support platform and clearing while stealing some containers.. Takes about 5-10minutes

I used to be like you. Then I started hoarding resources. Selling unused resources like for ex. Precious metal is worth 1000gmp for one. Same with plants 100 taragon= 100k gmp

how do you even "run out" of gmp

I never pay attention to my gmp, i am always at the max limit. I only ever get low on money if I start mass developing but I get the cash back in a few minutes. Sounds like you just suck at the game, just keep playing or if you're a noob get an fob

I just play Mission 9: Backup, Back Down. Extract the armoured vehicles and sell them for a profit.

Is there a way to do it where the reward doesnt get slashed? Ive done a few missions 3+ times and now the rewards are like 30,000 GMP which is absurdly low even if it only takes a short time.

Well congratulations, thank you for sharing that experience. But that begs the question, why did you even comment here? Yes, your probably better than me at this video game, your gaming prowess is the stuff of legends. Im assuming thats what you wanted to hear.

As I suggested before: Mission 9 with EM mines is my (for now) main source of GMP farming. The three tanks alone sell for 300K. The three APC's sell for 50K each and the three rocket artillery vehicles sell for 70K. With fulton costs deducted you net 600K if you extract the jeep and the truck as well.
