Please Fix the MOUSE INPUT #######
Rev 2 has some weird built-in acceleration. To make matters even worse, it seems to be directly affected by FPS.

The sensitivity constantly flies all over the place. One moment it's really slow, then a split second later it's fast and jerky. I've played with every sensitivity, framerate cap and refresh rate combination. Nothing improves the wild sensitivity fluctuations.

I am not expecting to be able to pull off Quake 3 180-degree flick railgun shots, but come on! The mouse input is almost as bad as the original RE4/5 pc ports.

The mouse sensitivity/acceleration in Revelations 1and RE6 were so much better compared to this. What the heck happened since then?

And yes, VSYNC is off. Game is basically unplayable with it on.

Apparently the mouse emulates the control stick of a controller.
Since last patches everything was fixed for me only glitch i have is the last boss fight but that i found a fix today if you die a screen paralize just put retry and go back to weapons upgrade table then go again to the door and its fine...

I play with vsync on and find the mouse fine. I had to turn the sensativity down a bit but its perfectly playable.

Yes, small change have to be done,
in windows control panel / mouse, decrease pointer speed
and put a lower resolution in game (for me it work fine at 1280/900).

And It is perfect now ! All is stable, FPS, mouse, camera ect..

Yea, that was a huge problem in the original RE4 and RE5 pc ports. They fixed it in RE6 and Revelations 1, so why is the mouse input awful again?

This and a FOV slider would be a must. I get slightly dizzy because of the low FOV.

I remember RE5 having near perfect mouse control, even better than RE6's actually.

RE4 HD on PC is pretty bad, and even RE6 has some issues IMO.

RE5's mouse control, on the other hand, completely trivialized that game for me. It was pinpoint accurate.

I don't find that to be the case. If it emulated a control stick, then complete circle movements of my mouse would be more of a square movement on screen. I would like to see a video of this happening for whoever it affects

I prefer RERev1 and RE6 mouse controls - always smooth, no matter the polling rate of the mouse. They should just add more options (smooth, emulated, raw).

I'd vouch for this. This should be priority now that other important stuff (such as FPS and raid-crash) are fixed.

No problems here. You need to buy a proper gaming mouse.

Count me in. It's really quite noticeable.
Also, I don't know what the current setup is for the smoothest framerate, as I still had it with V-Sync on, 60 frame cap, and I forget which AA setting, which was Capcom's proposed, "For best results, use with ___" before the the 2.0 - 2.2 patches came out. I usually never use in-game V-Sync options, so would things be okay like that, or would the stuttering and or frame-drops still occur? Also, I was just wondering which graphic settings have the biggst influence on performance.
Thanks in advance!

Even with a "proper" gaming mouse the game has issues with the mouse movement during the time enemies grab you and you have to shake them off. I'm using a Zowie FK1 at 800 dpi on a QcK mousepad (around 10" lengthwise) and I still have trouble shaking off some enemies using the whole mousepad, moving my mouse left and right really fast. I'm using the camera speeds at 1 because it's too fast otherwise but the game feels as if it applies some mouse deceleration or something.

IIRC when RE5 first came out, turning the camera was coupled to the character's rotation speed, meaning you could only move your mouse as fast as your character could turn.
