Is this game a demo?

I thought of buying this since it's cheap in this sale, but I've heard some people saying that not buying the deluxe edition is buying just a demo. is this true?

It is written for you that this is a basic game and gives only 1 episode and raid mode, the rest of the content is dlc, as well as episodes, these are the clever capcom ahaha

You bought something called "Episode 1: Penal Colony", and the DLC tab starts with Episode 2-4.
Whenever I see a thread like this, I seriously question whether people can actually read if they somehow miss the storefront title of the product they are buying.
