Fatal Error::

Hey everyone.
Just bought Resident evil revelations 2, but i can't get it to work :(.
When i launch the game i get a black screen with this error message.

Fatal error.
D3DERR_NOTAVAILABLE: mpCore -> GetDeviceCaps(adaptar,devicetype,&caps)

Is anyone familiar with this error and what to with it, cause i'm all out of options.
This is the first time a game from Steam doesn't work with me.
And i'm sure everything is up to date.

The game cannot detect a video card. Are you trying to play it on an integrated chip?

I got it working now, probably it was some kind of authenticating problem.
I noticed that my Steam profile counted 81 games i own, while my library counted 85.
After i refunded this game it showed 84 on profile and 84 in the library.
So that was kind of odd, so i bought the game back again, and now it works like it should :D

These are my specs btw:

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6500 CPU @ 3.20GHz
Video Card NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070
RAM 8.0 GB
Operating System Microsoft Windows 10 (build 15063), 64-bit.

While not the best of best, it handles games almost twice as demanding.
And i never had this kind of errors with any other game before.
So no, the videocard had nothing to do with.

maybe it's just fatal technically I noticed something "exit" bla bla bla kind of game crash and have to restart it hope so I think nothing serious
