How do I reset my progress?

I want to run through the game again without all my guns, but it is in the Steam cloud, how can I reset my progress completely?

BTW just my story progress, not raid mode.

Sadly you can't (yeah, a "Survival Horror" game that doesn't allow you to re-start NG with a clean setup, as stupid as it sounds)

So what you can do is:

-Disable Steam Cloud for RER2.
-Move your save file to a backup folder
-Start the game, it should create a new save file

Then whenever you want to play Raid Mode or continue the main game with all you've unlocked you can bring back your old save file and re-enable Steam Cloud.

Right click on your game > Properties > Updates > Enable Steam Cloud synchronization for ...

Have you tried, by any chance, not using said unlocked guns and just sticking to what you should have?

Not even remotely close to a progress reset. You still carry:
-All of your unlocked skills
-Remaining BP
-All inventory and ammo expansions
-All weapons and custom parts from your previous playthrough (you can't find again what you already have)

So no, for anyone who wants to replay the game from a clean NG save state there's no option but to delete your save.

Which file contains my save? I turned off cloud like you said, deleted all RER2 files, and redownloaded them and my progress is STILL there.

You don't need to uninstall the game. Your Save file is stored in a completely different folder, it should be in: Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\XXXXXXXX\287290\remote
