Well, the hilariously over-the-top violence IS a selling point, which you'll be missing out on while playing censored.
That said, the weird characters, the creepy atmosphere and the crazy story are still there regardless.
I'd recommend playing the uncensored game on your own first and then streaming the censored version, so you could always verbally explain what was supposed to happen.
Might just do what you recommended then
