Is this game twitch safe?

Was thinking of streaming it but I wanted to make sure this game would be safe for twitch since I know what this game has in it. Thanks!

There's a censor function in the options menu. Twitch probably won't like the uncensored version's violent scenes.

Well, the hilariously over-the-top violence IS a selling point, which you'll be missing out on while playing censored.
That said, the weird characters, the creepy atmosphere and the crazy story are still there regardless.
I'd recommend playing the uncensored game on your own first and then streaming the censored version, so you could always verbally explain what was supposed to happen.

Yeah that is what I was afraid of :( because I really want to see the over the top violence and what not.

yeah honestly I kind of doubt it. Not only was the violence and disturbing content the selling point, but it was the motivation as well. They wanted to make something that would shock and disturb the delicate sensibilities of the "video games cause violence" crowd.

I can think of two streamers, vargskelethor and jerma who went through the entire game with the gore on.

I'd say so. It's only rated M, the gore is fairly tame in 2024 standards, and there's no nudity. Also Joel and Jerma managed to stream it uncensored with no issues.

Out of curiosity how far did they get? because things near the end game have some very disturbing elements. A lot of child death and cannibalism.
