Where to shop Food Rations

Can anyone tell me where to buy the freakin Food Rations. I'm at Rising Star, have found the WF Foodstuffs Supply II and the Foodstuff Factory and Container Storage but there's no option to buy anything! HELP!!!

You have to land on the station, get into smalltalk with one of the resident NPCs ("visiting" NPCs won't do it - e.g. the ones you can hire) and play the minigame until you get the option for a "trade offer update". After you get this from any spot on the station, you will always get offers for that station on the trade offers menu. Then you can use your capital ship to carry on these offers.

Or you can fly around the station and click on the sale (+) and buy (-) icons for each individual offer, but I find this way a lot longer.

Also if you have a trade computer, flying near the station should give you all the trade offers that station has.

But now I have the problem to actually deliver them! Rahanas picked them up and are now at the destiantion zone but it just sits there and won't deliver to the buyer. How to order them to deliver?

Just like you purchased in the first place use the trade computer (Shift +T )but this time switch from goods sell at station to goods bought at station

I usually pair the purchase and sell orders so the goods are picked up and delivered always keeping the ships moving.

Thx again, I found out! There was probably some error but after cancelling the tasks and selling again Rahanas went to the buyer and delivered the cargo.
