Report a translation problem
Using this utility I simply chose "disabled" for the two parking options on the left side within the utility. Stutter gone.
This is on a fx6300 @ 4.4 ghz, all energy savings and c6 disabled in bios and power plan set to performance.
many people who thought this would not apply to them have fixed the issue by unparking, myself included. Hope it helps.
All of my cores experience load, but yes they park at idle.
I'm not changing such an extreme power saving option for one single game to run properly

Hello, it's been too long for me to remember specifics... but I did eventually get this fixed by downloading a third party mod. Hope this helps...
Well I did a search but couldn't find any mods for 2033 Redux at all, but thanks anyway for the info.
