Can't pick up weapon at Armory/Cant Advance

Title says it all, at the Armory in the beginning when you're handed a bastard rifle, I cannot actually pick it up and I can't proceed without picking it up.

Tried reloading and it's the same deal. No clue what to do...

Anyone else had this issue?

For pick up weapons, you need to hold E. For bullets, ect, you just need to tap E.

Also, if you play on Ranger you won't get a hud and help

Thats the Ranger difficulty is garbage. Implemented without thought by those lazy devs, if they make a game with so many dumb scripts at least make them properly visible and not make us guess what to do..

Thats why its not recommended for first time playthorugh, as the game says when you choose that difficutly.

Hope Exodus separated the increased lethality from the lack of UI. I really wanted to play where 3 shots or swipes from anything could kill you, but that means no friggin' UI. It's dumb. UI is important, especially in a dark-ass game where you need to find tiny bullets lying on the ground among piles of rubble.

If people want "realistic" HUDs just make "realism" its own damn option.
