How do you use the Space Junkers Block Deconstructor?!

It was one of the last parts added to the game and there is no documentation ANYWHERE online. It's not a scrapper cause space junkers already have a scrapper station.

So far it seems like it picks up its own companies blocks and converts them into some of the other factions blocks. I put one junk block on the ground and got 2 blocks. One for one company and the other of a different company.

That is correct. Space junker stuff is made of other blocks instead of resource chunks.
