Missing bridges in West Coast Map

All mods disabled. Tried to verify game files, everything was fine. Got tired and did a full wipe and reinstall. Still the same issue. Tried different rendering options - doesn't help. Not sure what to do. Any help is appreciated. Specs are Core i9 12900k, RTX 3080, 32gb ram.
