Report a translation problem
It means that all games will see your DS3 as an xbox 360 controller (as 99% of pc games with controller support only support xbox360 controllers).
If you don't plan on using the pad wirelessly then just install.
No config required and it *just works* for every game.
The DS3 is my go-to controller for all pc games even if my pc thinks it's an xbox360 controller.
Thankfully, Salt and Sanctuary lets me select Playstation button prompts as most pc games tell me to press x when they mean square.
