Will there ever be DLC?
This is a question that I personally can't stop thinking about with the recent update to the game. It's clear SKA Studios hasn't lost all interest in the game despite it being two years old at this point. Which brings about, will there ever be DLC for salt and sanctuary?

If there is ever going to be DLC, would it add multiplayer outside of local co-op?
Some form of PVP for people to mess around in?
(Just general things I'd be curious in outside of things like more weapons, magic, bosses, rings and charms.)

considering that ska studios didnt ever do DLCs in past - most likely, nope

You are really late to the party, my friend. This game has been out for a few years now, and a couple on PC. Usually DLCs are added a few months after release to ride the profit wave.

Doubtful give that the game is fairly old at this point.

There was a game I really liked that is about 10 years old, it just had a DLC just 1-2 years ago. So I’m clinging on to hope

Doesn't matter. Some games recieve DLC's waaaaay late. So there's still hope.
It's not like the game didn't sell good, haha.

I doubt it quite a lot. If SKA revisits S&S, it'll more likely be to do a sequel than a dlc. Dlc isn't really their style.

Honestly, as much as I'd love more of S&S, I'd rather Ska Studios produce a "spiritual successor" than an outright sequel or more DLC.

I do like the mechanics of the game, and it would be fun to see them polished a bit and used in another game. Given the tone of their other games, I'm sure the setting wouldn't be much less grim.
