There's probably another very valid reason it can't be done.
Steam's restrictions aren't that bad, especially since you can find actually nudity in a few games on Steam. :)
Or almost nudity from the crazy zombie invisible ladies in Killing Floor. :)
So, panties, yeah, not something Steam is going to be concerned about.
Don't know why that card was declined, because Steam would be hilariously hypocritical if they turned it down. :)

wait until GTAV comes out and see how hypocritical they're. allowing all those mature content because they can make tons of money with them.
why western games can have naked women and killing people with machine guns, people can live with that but seeing a pantie shot of anime characters will give them a heart attack or something?
No one knows why this was removed from this game. But it makes no sense for Steam to complain about something this small.
Now, if you're telling me they forced censoring of Eroge, I can understand that, but it's still not something Steam would really have an issue with.
And really, it also makes no sense to be so upset over this one feature.
I don't hate anyone for their fetishes, I have some odd ones of my own, but I would not be upset if a game didn't feature it on a PC port of a PS Vita. Not that Sony would allow that kind of game on PS Vita. :P
Seriously, though, anyone panicking about Steam censoring games needs to calm down.
Let's figure out why it was removed, and I can bet money that it's not because of Steam.
If it's a big enough deal, the company will explain why, but do not jump to the conclusion that Steam is censoring anything.
Steam does not need it's own version of the Bay of Pigs. :)
I don't know why everyone seems to think Steam manipulates anything on a 1984 Big Brother level.

It's a really silly thing to be bothered over when the reason behind it is probably a lot more legit than Steam forcing their views.
Panty Shots are not against Steam's rules. :) And Neptuna is a cartoon character, so it's not like the FBI is going to break down your door and arrest you. :)
Besides, she's like 16, so she's like Rikku, I doubt Steam would censor FFX or FFX-2. :P
And Rikku wore a lot skimpier clothing than anyone in this game. :)

I'm really not sure where everyone is getting the idea that Steam is "Evil"
Panty shots are not as bad as revealing swimwear anyway. :P So, it's a bit silly for Steam to freak out about them.
I'm just saying, let's figure out why this game developer removed that feature, before we start charging Steam with Crimes against Humanity at the Hauge. :)

Guys, not only do panty shots not equate Pedophilia even on anime models who may not be 18, but RIKKU from FF10/10-2 was 15/16 in the games, and no one started a RIOT OVER HER being in a revealing swimsuit!

But we're not talking about censoring here. Steam is not 1984's Big Brother, they're not cracking down on all the Anime that some people might not like. :)
That is my point, and that will always be my point.
Let's figure out exactly why the company didn't put it in first, before we start treating Steam as if they touched us badly like a funny Uncle. :)
