And lol @ the end
And I saw you flash Nico while talking about garbage. You talk ♥♥♥♥ about mai waifu, you had better be ready for the consequences.
And lastly, Sora is hardly even different from Suguri. Suguri is pretty much "If I roll high, I will kill him" whileas Sora is "If my opponent doesn't roll high, I will kill him"
Combine with Sora's Hyper rolling an average of 6 and Suguri's average being 7, I find it odd how so many people find Sora better. Hey, reliability is nice, but Specs isn't an automatic kill. The biggest advantage Sora has over Suguri is her ability to land on panels 6 spaces away.
Suguri CAN/MAYBE roll high... or she can roll a f***** snake eyes for both Attack and Defense/Evasion. That's why people think Sora is better.
But they are wrong... ha, do you really think I'd say that? Hahahaha.
The expected value of a single dice roll is 3.5, but it can fall anywhere between 1 to 6.
Adding a 2nd dice roll can be considered to increase your total roll by 3.5, to an average of 7.
Forcing your single die to always be 6 is an increase from 3.5->6, or +2.5.
So just on average, Accelerator is better. But you have a 27.8% chance to roll 5 or lower. Or a 1/6 chance to roll 2~4, 1/6 chance to roll 7, 1/6 chance to roll 10~12, and 3/6 chance to roll 5,6,8,9.
This makes Suguri less predictable in battle and unable to snipe exact panels unless you have Lonely Chariot. But if Sora was going to roll 6 anyway, her hyper does nothing but waste stars. Of course you can't know what you'll roll ahead of time, so Sora pays for reliability at the cost of never exceeding normality.
I didn't go into much detail about Sora because I was thinking I might do her own video. I'll explain my thinking then when the time comes, but tl;dr I think Sora is more consistent and as the number of games you play approaches infinity, ceteris paribus, I'd imagine you'd have more wins on Sora than on Suguri.
Also didn't expect to start this much discussion about Sora vs Sugu just because of a half-joking little jab at the end, but I'm hearing some interesting stuff. Anyone else want to comment?
But I usually choose characters for reasons other than wanting to win.
