Has anyone played Pretty Girls Mahjong Solitaire? The dressing room music from that game is directly ripped from 100% Orange Juice.

All of OJ's music and sound effects are free use, so anyone can use them. Heck, the anime Himouto! Umaru-chan had a couple sound effects from OJ.

Both that and this probably got their music independently from the same source. Which, as said, is free-use music. A lot of doujin games use it, actually, so if you follow them you might find a couple of familiar tracks.

I've heard of people coming across Tomomo's theme in some Touhou doujin game, for starters.

Off the top of my head, Fernet's theme is used in Labyrinth of Touhou. Some of the post-match campaign music is used in Monster Girl Quest.

It's not so much music, but when I played 200% Mixed Juice I noticed one of the backgrounds is actually the same exact town background used in Monster Girl Quest.
