If it ever happens, its 100% not in the near future.
and Nintendo is like "Okay, you can release your game on my platform. However, if you do so, you're not allowed to release it anywhere else."
Its nintendo's ancient policy.
I don't know if that lightened up a bit by now, but... I doubt it somehow.
Orange Juice uses Steam's network features, so to get Orange Juice to run on the Switch you need Steam on the switch. Imagine Nintendo releasing a competitive shopping place on their console xd
Good news though, Steam is natively supported on Linux and has a build in wine-like feature called Steam proton, which allows it to run windows games even without wine. (if not you can always use wine)
Anyway the Nintendo Switch is a big linux machine. So its possible. (actually the OS is based on linux completely) It's just nintendo being lazy
Some people have installed a regular Linux system on their switch. If you do that you can play Orange Juice on it. ;p
other than this, idk.
Mobile is a no, same reason. Android has a seperate network and doesn't want competition in sales. iOS the same. Though these two things are also linux based operating systems and therefore you could theoratically do the same, install regular linux and play the game. Never mind I guess.
Get a linux native phone, like Librum 5. It should support Steam natively.
If you wanna talk "you must host here, and nowhere else", we'd be talking Epic. Not Nintendo. Though Nintendo is prone to not share their own titles on other platforms...

As for if it'll port... Probably not. It would be kinda ♥♥♥♥ anyway, as you can't really type (well) on a switch. And as others mentioned, it currently uses Steam's systems a lot like Steam Inventory, and tying account data in-game to one's Steam account (such as your level).
They could easily port it to the switch, but without chat it just wouldn't be a very fun experience... And there's no chance of cross-play to Steam, probably.
Honestly, if they where to port it, a touch-system like a phone or Ipad would be the better choice, as everything works quite well touch-driven.
The short answer is no, but not out of the question.
2. It would be PERFECT for it
it doesn't matter how old it is! it would open a whole new type of players and it would be a serious thread for Marioparty (in a good way).
I know friends who completley stopped playing marioparty because this Game is just a lot Funnier.
Porting it would be the Best thing they can do not just for switch but also for other consoles.
cause then i could play it with others actively form the Couch and could get others to play it either.
If fans had the most influence and port begging actually works, then the greatest risk of the devs is that they get shunned by the same nintendo fans. "Mario Party Rippoff" etc. but believe me there is more behind it. For one OJ doesn't run entirely as smooth out of the box on linux and the switch is a modified branded linux tablet, similar to an android phone.
Beggars would I guess at some point port beg it to the phone as well I suppose. Because its perfect, etc, blahblahblah.
No it isn't. If you can't question the idea enough in your mind to, maybe use search on the discussion boards for example, then I doubt you can see why and why you're just being annoying to some. ;P

Read articles and if you want to approperiately address the devs or publishers in a manner that isn't begging in a demanding way and explain exactly why and not like 'it's perfect for it'. Uhuh-
