this is a family-friendly game. the closest that there comes to nudity is that kyosuke takes off his shirt when using his hyper.

The only case of nudity is this DLC:

which is only Kyousuke's sprite and his hyper's art, that's basically all.

Whether your little sister would be fine with this game or not is another issue. Sometimes people can be quite salty and start calling other players names – there's no profanity filter in the chat. Though, you can manually toggle the chat off every time, I guess.. But, well, I guess, this is a problem with any online games, you just can't escape it.

There are also technically characters that do not wear clothes, but none of them are portrayed in a sexual manner -- things like animals, robots, sentient buildings, and a shadowy person who does carry a humanoid form but is only visible from the torso up anyway.

There should present no serious issue is what I'm trying to say.
