Game is choppy no matter what i do?
(It should be mentioned im getting the FPS values im saying and am not stuttering from frame drops) (I should also mention this is the ONLY game that does this minus the ones with a hardcoded fps cap. Not even normal Quake 3 is affected) Things i have tried:

Capping the FPS to 144

Uncapping FPS (Freesync monitor so no cap looks better)

Windows power plan is already at high performance

com_idleSleep 0

r_displayrefresh 144

PC Specs:

GPU: RX 6800 (Non xt and not overclocked)
CPU: Ryzen 5800x
RAM: 16gb 3200 mhz

No overclocking. Both CPU and GPU are watercooled via custom loop so no thermal issues

By choppy i mean it looks like its at 90 hz but my monitors refresh rate is at 144

AMD opengl drivers are absolute trash, it won't get better
5700XT, 6800XT and now on a 7900XTX, it's never smooth enough

Do you have free-sync enabled?
If so, look here
https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/drm/amd/-/issues/2066

and try to disable it to see if that helps.

1) turn on XMP/EXPO profile 1 on ur bios
2) task manager > details > look for ql, right click, set affinity>uncheck <all Processors> enable CPU 0 > click ok.

If CPU 0 didnt help, repeat, uncheck CPU 0 and try only CPU1, repeat until uget to CPU5 u can stop here.

3)make sure freesync is not enable, same with vsync
