Report a translation problem
1.Your own nades: cg_weaponColor_grenade "xxxxxxxxxx"
You need to enable these for enemys and team:
cg_forceEnemyWeaponColor "1"
cg_forceTeamWeaponColor "1"
these commands set color of rail and grenades to the same uppercolor of enemy/team
(cg_enemyUpperColor)
(cg_teamUpperColor)
2. Dont know if it possible to move the lagometer
3. cg_drawTeamOverlay "1"
heres some other commands also:

cg_drawTeamOverlayX "

And yes you can still use old HUDs but they may need som tweaking, i needed to change pos of certain elements.

Everything of your post was useful.
But the Teamoverlay isn't what I meant. I meant the thing that shows the status of the match. It does show the amount of rounds you/your enemy won and the amount of players alive in your/your enemies team.
Also, did they remove footstep sounds?

No they didnt remove footsteps, but server owner can disable it i think
