And that's pushing it to the bare minimum, a server with not a lot of players.
The real requirement is a good connection, with a short distamce in hops to the users you expect in the server. Household connections usually have a lot of hops within the provider before hitting the rest of the internet. A proper connection would be closer to the trunk, and have few hops.
It's best if the connection is not shared, or shared very little. Note that connections like Cable and GPON, are typically shared with the neighborhood, And could be oversold, or if you are lucky, just for you.
I run a sever on a VPS, that has very little resources. The server doesn't need much ram nor CPU. But a VPS in nature is shared. It's all good until other VPSs on the server start taking resources.
