Is there an easy way to make a map?
I would like to do something like a PUBG map but it is very difficult with GTKradiant

Trenchbroom isn't, but it's the last non-radiant hope there is for this quake family.

it's the only one in existence qualified for the word 'easy'.

there could be also a third way, though very weird one. him getting reflex fps and using the in-game editor to craft stuff, using the conversion thing to convert reflex .map format to id3 .map format. that's the very last one that come to mind for me. reflex editor is essentially something that is easier to get to than radiant. but in all honesty op, radiant ain't that hard if you put time to it and it's imo worth it to learn.

but if you feel like trying the first mentioned way, this should lead you to it http://forums.reflexarena.com/topic/666-q3-map-reflex-map-converter/?do=findComment&comment=24334

edit: if this all would work, you'd still need to do any sort of detailing within radiant because reflex doesn't have textures at all and pretty sure some of the entities/brush types such as trigger clips etc plain clip brushes won't transfer over from the conversion.
