what do you mean turn down. My monitor's native resoltuion is 1600 X 900. Even when the resolution is lowered to 1280X720 its the same issue.
Running on a GTX 960. And never had any such issues with Quake Live until yesterday. I am sure i didn't fiddle with the settings, it just hapened. I reinstalled the game but to no avail.
Right click the Quake Live.exe>Properties>Compatibility
Check the box next to "Override high DPI scaling behavior" and make sure "application" is selected in the dropbox.
