What on earth does a speed of 3 raised to the exponent ".7" mean? Also this speed is shown in red colored font? What does this mean? The speed for my other two ships is the normal blue font color. I read through the entire SpaceOPedia and a steam guide and did not see see this explained anywhere?...

They will gladly accept your money and offer no solution when it won't run. If you don't believe me read the very very long discussion about issues with the game. It is a blatant ripoff and I am surprised Steam allows this.

Played this game for ages and now it won't launch. Reinstalled it and still no go. Anyone else having difficulty?
