Is there any way to expand backpack?

From a workbench or something? I understand Pavle and Katia have 12 slots and Bruno has 10 slots. Any way to expand the backpack or build a bigger one?

No, there currently isn't. 17 is the max on Boris but Markus is the better scavenger even if he only holds 15.

I hope we can increase carrying capacity in the future, otherwise what is the point of those extra slots not even Boris can use?

Does anyone know what makes some better at scavenging? I got a character once who had that as their perk but I see no explanation for how it works

Word said that he will find more stuff than other people, also, hold more inventory space which is good.
