Anyone have anything to say about the Old Town?

When I first ventured into this place I encountered a random guy threatening to kick me out. But I heard from others this was the home of yet another Sniper, just like in Sniper Junction.

Anyone have any tips on navigating and exploring this place safely?

Yeah, that guy is Robert. I've tried helping him, but can't seem to. The document you find allowing safe passage is for him. I haven't been able to give it to him or do anything else with him. Another thread somewhere here indicated you might be able to help him, but I can't figure it out. Maybe someone else has.

There is a sniper that will shoot you after the rubble pile at the end and on the roof. I haven't found the risk worth the reward as there's only components at the end. The roof has some meds I think, but I usually don't bother.
