Scavenge with multiple characters
Yes, I know it. You know it. You will have so much more loot at home base if you could just summon more than one character to a place.

We really need to be able to steal more stuff, and its not just about holding more loot, it's about attacking and killing. Killing isn't the main theme of the game, made evident by the trailers and the aura of sadness that the developers tried to exert on the players. However, after 20 days of doing the same thing over and over and over again, I really don't care, I just want more stuff. There are some places that just cant be raided without more than one person. Specifically the town center. It would be fan-♥♥♥♥ing-tastic if Roman, Borris and the bearded guy (Name forgotten) could storm in there with assualt rifles and kill every trader that ever layed foot on the premise. Think of the amount of loot gained, and the sense of capitalism that roars even on the dying streets of a malnourished city. For the veterans of this game, that in itself creates an undying aura of sadness. The capacity of humans to group up and kill, even after after so much has been lost will undoubtedly accelerate the theme which this game is trying to invoke - and make it a ♥♥♥♥ load more fun. Either way, its a win win.

TLDR; Let players send more than one character scavenging and the game will be more fun and even more sad (read full explanation).

Please developers, please...

Can't agree more. Im tired of making 5 trips to the supermarket or school in a row.

so night 1 storming the military base gets you loads of weapons, bullets, food, etc, and then you do what for the next 44 days?
even as the game stands without murder or stealing by the end of week 3 you dont really have to leave the shelter. 6 weeks of clicking "end of day", or spending ages watching the fire doesnt go out, is hardly an attractive option.

I agree it takes so long to loot every supply from the Block of Flats for 5 nights.

Or maybe meet somewhere in the middle with lootable/craftable backpack upgrades for certain survivors? I know the game still needs to be somewhat challenging but I do agree having to send out to the same location three-four-five nights in a row to finish looting an otherwise desolate wasteland is kind of a pain.

yes i agree, iam playing it today the first time and iam thinking why should i go all alone in an empty building 6 times in a row to get the stuff i need out bevor someone else is getting it. Actually it makes no sence espially when you dont have anything to eat to sit at home and starve to death. really you need at least a second character to go looting and watch your back.

If you were able to scavenge locations faster, then how would you expect the rest of the game to play out? If you can clean out all locations in 20 days or less, then what do you do if the war lasts until day 45? Just keep hitting "end day"?

I'm not big on killing for stuff, and multiple scavengers was MY first thought.

But I've come to think that hitting more than one area in a night might be a better option.
Many times I've hit the garage (a piddling block and a half away from home base), filled up my woefully inadequate pack and left again well before 11PM, ONLY TO WALK BACK INTO THE HOUSE 9 HOURS LATER!

WHAT IS WITH THAT?!? Why not recon another area first and maybe tune the haul a bit?

Yeah, that also struck me. If you end the trip before a certain time, you should get a second "deployment."
