1. When he mentions "the desk" after you give him the fuel, he's referring to his vinyl records in his bedroom.
The desk that you chopped up doesn't 'activate' until you give him one meat, but you also have to let him mention the stuff in the desk as well, so you need to hang around him for a little bit, and maybe go outside his bedroom once or twice after giving him the meat.
2. True, but I'm also wondering if screen resolution might be a factor.
3. I have no idea, but after a while it gets annoying when you don't have one and Anja keeps says, "Maybe we should chop some wood?" Um, is there a hatchet around I'm unsure about, Anja? Mind pointing it out to me?
4. (First part) That might also be because that piece of furniture was chopped up. I'm not sure, but I've suffered a similar fate when doing that, but I lost everything. Plus one go through I went there and there wasn't anything stored in that location at all, every other time there'd been stuff there.
4 (Second Part) It's hard for me to argue that that is a bug, but I've learned not to trust that location, that's for certain.
4 (Third Part) Umm, here's a thought, I made it to the museum, and part of it got bombed, Rufus grabs part of the collection and takes it down to the storage room. I have Anya work on a different collection so Rufus has to grab the part that he couldn't get the first time. But by then the "Room is to dangerous to move this".
Now get this, a few days later I'm looking through the collection and the one thing that Rufus was unable to "move" was in the storage room, safe and sound.
2. That's kind of odd, since I play on 1920x1080, which is a very common resolution to have.
4. I've yet to do a new playthrough, but I have developed a hunch since then that I may have stashed my loot in a corpse, mistaking it for furniture in the backdrop. But yes, it's deemed "missing" in my collection.
Appreciate you sharing your insight on these issues! I guess I should keep some of these in mind when I decide to do completionist runs.
I've clicked on the collection piece before I clicked on the "speak" icon with Tito, and it doesn't show a 'Take", but after I give him the fuel, that option does exist.
