"go to your screen resolution settings in Windows 10, and set "Modify size text, applications or other elements" to 100% instead of 125% or anyother percentage."
1. Go to the game's install directory.
2. Right click on "This War of Mine.exe" and select Properties.
3. Choose the Compability tab, and tick the box saying "Run in 640 x 480 screen resolution".
4. Start the game and go into settings.
5. Choose the resolution 1600 x 900 (60 hz).
6. Exit the game, right click on your desktop and choose Display Settings. Change the resolution back to the suggested value.
7. Find the "This War of Mine.exe" file again and untick the box you ticked in step 3.
(The last two steps aren't necessary to run the game, but they restore your resolution to its former state and stops your computer from changing resolution every time you start the game.)
If it doesn't work then go to your screen resolution settings and set "Modify size text, applications or other elements" to 100% instead of 125% or any other percentage. Another solution is to go to the %appdata%/Roaming/11bitstudios/This War of Mine and delete the config.bin3 file. I hope it will help you :)
