Do you know how the game mechanics work regarding this though? If there are 3 people (and thus require 9 cigarettes) and you only produce 1 for instance, will the game assume that everyone gets their smoke?
Tbh I don't know that. We gotta get an expert on this
Personally I've never made such a ridiculous amount of cigarettes. If I have one or more smokers in the house, I'll make one batch of cigarettes if there are none, the nicer kind if I have the materials and want to give them a morale boost. If there are no smokers in the house, then I consider using them for trade. I've never lost anybody to depression, not even in a house composed of 3 smokers. I was concerned at first that they'd fight over the 4 cigarettes, but didn't notice any fights that seemed to be triggered by that.
