i thought they made it so that u wouldnt be raided the first night??
well i got raided and not just the first night, the first 2th, 4th and 5th. stuff stolen katia on guard and wounded twice and on top of that the crime spree just started

Nope. There are variations in starting scenarios. You can get raided on the very first night. It should always be a little tense when you bring your crowbar (usually your only weapon) with you on that first night.

They raid you random. ALways keep people on guard because I've been raided five times in a row before.. It was terrible.

I was playing two person start, Katia and Roman, and like you I assumed there'd be no raid and slept Roman. But there was and he got wounded. I always make two weapons, crowbar and shovel, the first day, but I'd never had the first-night raid, and often I'd bring both scavenging the first night (because they “never” raid the first night... Oops!). Not sure if I should change strategy as the first-night raid is pretty rare on my dozens of playthroughs and 200+ hours in the game, only happened once. But I guess to be safer, guard and bring one weapon and make another next day.

Keep all those who don't scavenge as guards, and make them sleep at day. With a starting group of 4 and 3 guards every night, with an axe ASAP, intruders never caused me any major problem. Until winter, when my characters started dropping like flies, weakening surveillance.
