Does everyone get depressed if you raid the Semi-Detached House?

Anyone know if this is considered a bad thing? I'm referring to the version that has the woman who will shoot you on sight, with the second building having a passive looter.

Yes. But it also depends on your survivors personality.

It depends on what you raid. Remember that there are different icons for random loot and "private property".

Everything in the uninhabited half is random loot and can be taken freely, but if you're worried about morale, be careful when stealing from the inhabited half. That said, anything that lookes like a pile of rubble is usually not "owned".

I remember being so desperate for firewood in my first game that I had Katia sneak into those girls' basement and chop up an old desk, then grab the remains and book it seconds before one of them came charging down the stairs to investigate the noise. Good times.
