How to get the sniper trap supplies in Old Town

You can if you really want to get the sniper trap supplies in Old Town for me it had 12 materials and 1 bullet. To do it you let the guy see you then hide and let him look for you. Wait next to the spot where the rubble pile was eventually he will climb on top of the building to the other spot where the sniper can shoot you. At which point he will be shot and you should have enough time to scavenge the trap supplies. But only its really only worth it if your super OCD.

He is an excellent bullet bag but you need to not damage him to the point where he can be one shot by the sniper
