If start in winter, it will end before day 40, I had 2 games ending at 36 and 1 game end at 45
If you don't start in winter it's likely going to be around 40-48
If you get a winter start there's a heater already in the house and a little firewood to get you through a day or two. It's still a very tough start though and I hated it.
Yeah I sort of knew that from your comment and I wasn't really trying to correct you. No problem though since new players may be reading this thread and any info would be helpful to them.
Should be an option for "continue the game" as several strategy/builder games offers after the goals have been reached. Would love that :). I know that would kinda mean the "war continues" but it could rather be "civil unrest/struggle and post war militias roam the land" scenario if you continue.
