When someone gets depressed there will be a chat symbol over their head, find best person in your group to deal with that kind of conflict, you might be able to pull them out of it
Go scavenging with Roman as he starts quarreling. If he isnt with other people, he can't harm them.
Funny thing is, that on the two occasions he started a fight with bruno in my group, only Roman, the soldier, who had singlehandedly killed the military outpost and a school and brothel full of bandits up to that point, got wounded both times by a guy who had a tv cooking show. Maybe that goes to show Bruno is really good with his kitchen knives. :D
