What do you think then? It is up to you. I always accept it since refuse them is kinda rude. They need to walk across all gun fire to you anyway.

there is no moral hit by accepting gifts at the door but it will if u refuse to help them later on in the game like the care packege if u raid it then rat out the bloke to the army everyone becomes sad.
