Hotel Private Property

I got the instance of the hostage and three armed criminals in the hotel, and after taking them out and freeing the guy, I came back to loot it, since there were a lot of supplies. But, I found a bunch of spots labeled private property. Who's is it? And will I get a moral decrease from taking from it, since it would be considered 'stealing,' even though the guys are criminals?

I had a smilar event with bandits at the warehouse. As far as I can tell there's no morale effect if you steal their loot.

The items are the property of the occupants, i.e. the bandits. If you characters had no problems with killing the bandits, you should be perfectly safe taking their stuff without repurcussions.

Phew, I was worried too that the hotel supplies was the hostage/home owners. Good to know it is only the bandits property.
