Wait, there's a rebel outpost? I thought deserters-occupied house instead?
in a way its both, for example, the school could be a safe place full of homeless or it can be full of rebels
how do u go on about doing it ?
military outpost :wait until the trade guy is called away, climb up ladder, stealth kill watch guard, walk to other side of building once the two are done talking, drop down and stealth kill second guard, and that should get you inside, after that no idea never got that far so this is all a theory from what I have watched.
I tried to do it myself but I didn't know you had to wait for the attack circle to turn orange first to one hit kill (at least thats what I read)
Oh and Bruno doe's eventually care about killing i murdered everyone(and i mean everyone) at the hospital and he hung himself the next day :( he was my last guy too
I had done it before, the second part of the military outpost sometimes require a bit of luck... There are a total of 8 guys in the whole outpost, 3 at the front or may have 1 coming to help if you are detected, 1 or 2 guys in second building and 3 guys in the third building. The guys in the third building require some luck and careful planning ,lure them out over the second building so you can hide in the shadow and stealth kill them. But watch out though only when the other soldiers are not looking at you killing their comrade otherwise you will get shot. Do this one by one until they are all dead. Remember to bring crowbar and 2 saw blade for 120 bullets hidden in the basement locker.
Rebel Outpost will replace the Shelled School. It is the same thing as Military Outpost, but on difference faction and layout. Personally, Rebel Outpost is harder to assault due to heavily guard at front door.
1/ Equipment: a knife, a shotgun and about 10-15 rounds
2/ Character: fast guy, steath girl, cold blood man
3/ How to kill soldiers fast and safe:
- Trade all thing u want first and drop them out of base (if you need somethings like weapon parts very much or start up with very cold winter day 1 :)))
- Go up, STAND AT THE TOP OF THE LADDER, raise the shootgun toward the lightman, wait until the aimspot full orange (lucky, not all time I have but must stay close to him) and shoot or you will have to shoot twice to kill him. Gun sound will helo you bait 3 more soliders eventually. And the top ladder plave give you 100% orange 1 shoot 1 kill front above (maybe game machenics count u a headshoot). Just shoot one by one who move run out the door below. Remember to patient, wait a little to make sure no more soldier come out before swap back to looting mode.

Shelled School: Loot quickly, because I took my time and eventually rebels moved in and killed one of my survivors.
For the semi detached house. I only did it when they are the traders.
So you started on the left side, everything there is free to grab (ie not count as stealing)
Go underground and walk to the right side under the trader. You can even run at that point pass him. He wont noticed. Use lockpick to unlock the door. Climb the stair up and you will find 2 locked containers (probably locked). unlock them using lockpick. You are safe there as long as you dont make sound. No one will ever walk to the 1st floor and the trader wont move. So you can actually open the left door and loot the trolley behind him.
Bring 2 more lockpicks, move to the room on the far right and unlock the door, get in and close it. There unlock the locker too.
There is a hiding place if you want to kill but its not necessary.
Here starts the hard part, I do fail sometimes here. Watch for their movement. When 1 of them is moving from the 2nd floor right room to the left, you slowly move out. Dont forget to close the door, they will noticed. Move up to the 2nd floor right room. Loot everything, then move to the right and you can climb up to the 3rd floor right room.
This one is hard. I cant quite describe it here, but I will try haha. You just watch and learn their timing. Even if 1 is sleeping on the bed, they usually wake up once you walk pass. So you have to do it when they just enter the rooms on the 4th and 2nd floor. Then move out to the kitchen (3rd floor left room). Help your self on the the food. Right now you probably will have to jump down to the 2nd floor if they are starting to move to the kitchen. This usually alert them. if so just run away. They shouldnt be shooting you yet, and you can comeback to trade later.
For the 4th floor, I cant quite remember, but I think the top right room is locked? If so when you manage to get inside they wont ever check. You can also go to the roof, there are some material piles. They wont check there too, if you are out of sight. I cant remember if the room on the left 4th floor has anything.
For the Warehouse, there are 3 thugs. I wait until those 2 at the entrace move in and then I peek at the door. Once they move away from the 1st floor I get in, make some running noice, and hide in the background then stab them. Try to attract only 1 before you stab. When you stab, it usually attract 1-2 more. Make sure you run back into hidding right after you stab. Its very important. Repeat til 3 dies, loot everything :D
For Brothel, this took me 2-3 days to kill everyone. Just loot all the safe area and deposit it near the exit for easy access later on. Go to the top and cut the metal bar. Watch til they move away then break down the blockcaded door. Dont alert them here. Go in, make running noise (attract only 1 if possilbe), hide in the background then stab, then hide quickly. Kill the one who comes to check, if 2 comes dont stab. At that point the top floors should be pretty safe. Just slowly move and loot. I cant quite remember the lower floors, but the concept remains the same, sneak, hide, stealth kill.
For all the people you killed, loot the body before the container. The bory will disappear if you leave the map. When you comback later it will be gone, unlike when you survivors died.
Another trick to stop your survivors from being sad from stealing. Not sure it it actually work, or my house is too happy that the sad get drown out (Had guitar and the Cheer Girl, furnitures ). You steal, then pile the stolen goods in a non owned container. Exit the inventory, start looting again. Not sure if you have to leave the map once before it count. But when I loot the semi detached house, my guys werent sad at all. He didnt remark on the stolen goods when he returns too.
edit. Seems like they will still be sad. Maybe it didnt show since my shelter at the time was already high in leisure items.
Never attempted Shelled School with this randomized faction before... I suppose it's like Brothel where you cannot find any hiding spot at all?
