Roman~~
Do you think Roman's quite kick-♥♥♥?.
1st, he's good during combat.
2nd, he doesn't really give a ♥♥♥♥ about killing and robbing unlike most people.
3rd, he can play nice guitar accoustic music.
4th, What I like the most is he can get drunk anytime he wants to. Even when he's not sad.

Truly a boss.

My Roman broken after he killed 4 deserted soldier. So, yeah. . .He is not really that badass. He act like he doesn't cares but he cares. Still, he is the guy you want to use if you need extra damage in melee fight. Otherwise he is troublemaker.

How do you see him as a troublemaker?. I think he's the mvp so far.
for your case You should have had him drink everyday until he's back to normal.

No, he does actually. In-fact he cares more than anyone who I have had as a survivor. If you think they don't, let me introduce you to this ending screengrab of mine. Roman is good at combat, music, and running. But, they are not coldblooded. If you use them too much. They will kill themselves because they have to much of a heart.

How did you get his tragic end?. Did u leave him broken at last moment the war ended?.

I think the thiswarofmine wiki is pretty funny, it details the events at the locations in game. Most of the characters will become happy or sad depending on what you do. Except for Bruno.

Should the player eliminate them, the Scavenger will be resulted in depressed state. And other Survivors might feel sad.(Except for Bruno)

Should the player leave them unharmed, the Scavenger will feel content and so do other Survivors.(Except for Bruno)

You can attack the soldier or wait until they go away. If you help the woman you will be granted with good karma if not help you will be sad the following day because you didn't help (Unless you're Bruno).*

Bruno only cares about Bruno.

roman was always in a depression and sad state in my game. The more I used him, the worse he got. Which I needed to keeping using him because zlata and katia were stuck in bed at the time. Roman was the only one fit to go. I tried having him talk to the others like all the time and stuff, you know like how you normally cure sadness and stuff. but nothing worked. They just kept talking about "all the people who have died..." and "this war....I hate it" and best of all "why would someone do that.." and more. In that game of mine, they eventually just got into this perma state of sad/ depression because the more they gone outside, the more messed up things they witnessed and the more they witnessed, the worse they behaved. My game ended with him as "depressed" which Katia was at too, but she still got a good ending. Bruno and Boris died due to gunfire while looting. Which effected roman more than anyone for some reason, even though they barely talked to them.

Roman is more effected by sadness and depression than the others. They are not cold blooded

Just came out of the market with Roman, he killed the 3 scavengers, no loot sharing, plus they had expensive looking guns and a knife and a pistol was all he needed to take them all down.

He came back depressed =/

guaranteed to happen unless they start attacking you first

I try to keep Roman on guard duty but he still cries a lot...then gets hostile with everyone. Twice he's ruined my game by beating up people and draining medical supplies dry plus making everyone else depressed.

to stop them from attacking others, just have them talk to others alot.

He got sad day 11 and beat on katia two nights in a row, which bruno intervened both times and got beaten badly for it. Roman can piss off, imo.

And like sarah mentioned above he's good at combat but he's a huge drain on the moral and medical resources of the group. He's either sick, sad, abusive or annoying. Every time I get him at my door now I tell him to get lost.

[side fact] Only ever killed the soldier at the supermarket with him, (chose him as combat trained and wouuld have been my first kill) and after saving the girl he said she should run or he'd cut her. Yeah, he's a woman beat'n piece of dung.

I spent like 4-5 days to get Roman out of depression level. He just kept argue with other survivors, and sometime, hurt them or hurt himself.

Is there a trick to this? I see people setting up "lounges" with multiple chairs, do they talk to each other if they're sitting? Just stick multiple shelter people in the same room and they talk to each other?

Actually, I see a lot of videos of Roman killing soldiers or rebels, how do they avoid him going depressed after a rampage at the Military Outpost?
