Help with PewDiePie

Hello!

I believe all of you know one of the most famous youtubers – PewDiePie (https://www.youtube.com/user/PewDiePie). He has done number of great videos on games, and we would love to have him cover This War of Mine. But here’s the tricky part – he only play titles, that has been recommended by his viewers. That’s the point, where you can greatly help us!

Long story short – if you feel that This War of Mine is a good game, deserves the attention and you would like to help us, please tell PewDiePie about it! Post something on his FB fanpage, twitter, comments below the videos – you name it. Every single message counts, and getting his attention would help us a lot.

However I would like to help the devs advertise the game the first chance they get so ill be sending him a tweet and a facebook message and Ill post this link on one of his latest youtube videos to help him hopefully notice that you guys would love him to try the game

I really like the game and understand that you wish for more attention - and sales. Though, with so bluntly rallying your customers to literally annoy a certain youtube celeb until he reviews your game puts yourself on a level that neither you or your product needs, as it's really damn good and i'm sure it will make its way there even without such tactics.

To be honest, asking PewDiePie to play this game is pretty much like saying you want quantity over quality, as he doesn't seem to have a great understand of how to review a game the way you should. If you ask me, Totalbiscuit, Angry Joe, Jim Sterling and Ben "Yahtzee" Croshaw the creator of Zero Punctuation would be the best options for quality reviews.

I know you guys want to spread the word about your game, but PewDiePie is more like a sales booster... in a wrong way.

We are reaching other youtubers ourselves, hence the recent video from Total Biscuit and rest of the great folks. We would also like to get the attention of PewDiePie, but like I said, helping us is volountary.

We wrote about it, because some people asked, how they can help us, beside buying the game. That's one of the ways, but if someone doesn't care about it, it's ok. We don't condemn anyone because of that, everyone has a right for his own opinion.

Kinda just lost a ton of respect for the devs just now ... You have an epic game - indeed a masterpiece - begging for youtubers to review it is just ... mundane. I'm sorry you feel you have to do this.
