I can't find Ruined Block of Flats

I can't find this place. It should appear on Day 1 with Pavle, Cveta, Zlata and Anton and other groups. I keep restarting the game for like 20 times and I always get Abandoned Cottage or Shelled Cottage. What am I doing wrong? Please help me, the last graffiti is located there!

It's just random. You're doing nothing wrong. From what I see, you can't influence the locations that get spawned.

Usually I either get the abandoned/shelled cottage, or the ruined block of flats. I don't think I ever got both.

I wonder if this location isn't actually available until you've played a certain number of hours (as the new starting scenarios appear). It didn't appear for quite a long time for me either. Same with the Hotel with the insane guy wandering around.

It took me a while before I started seeing it. I got quite used to that abandoned house that just needs a crobar to get at everything.

the flats on day1 mean youre only going to empty half of it.

without blades which youre not getting until day2 without the garage, means the cottages are a far easier start.

Yeah, I don't like not being able to finish the starter location without upgrading my metal workshop, unless I also get the Garage. The Garage guy sells some good stuff, though. Tools and electrical parts are rare to get from a trader. ironically he sells you an item that can be used to rob him. If the back way into your house is blocked by bars, don't sell saw blades that can be used to bypass bars. Methinks he's not a college grad.
