Need help cheating

Ive seen a few people mention they got a file that gave them too many items, or at least enough to craft just about anything.

Does anyone know where I could find such a thing? Ive tried cheat engine, but having too much trouble with it. It keeps crashing the game and not making the effected changes. I am also unable to find any working cheat tables or trainers. Could someone help me out?

I'd rather cheat. I just want a basic "ton of items" from day 1 to mess around with the game a bit.

I found a working one, it was a on a fourm that needed an account to download, but it seems the Russians made a free download for it.

However I only mnaged ot get it to work once, after going out to search for items on the 16th day it crashed, after that it crashes on day 1.

I tried gooling "this hack of mine" but I can only find downlaods that require accounts to get. Do you know of a free download for this?

If you want to cheat, use cheatengine. Seriously, thats what its called. Once familiar with how the program works you need to know where to apply it. The idea is to manipulate values in containers when you move them to and from a character. Namely those lockers and cubbards at the start of each game. You use the program to freeze quantities within the container and just continue to leech that item from the container. Will deactivate once you leave the map.

Honesly though, don't cheat it really ruins the game. The whole point is to simulate desperation, and you can't do that if you give yourself the inventory of a Supermarket. But hey, I gave the answer, all power to you~

I have tried, but this game doesnt work well with cheat engine. Not well anyway. I cant even find a good table on it that works.

You don't need a table, you just find the value of the stack your manipulating. Freeze it. Then slowly ( I mean count a second after each time you take from the frozen stack or itll break the game) leech from the stack.

Did it a bunch of times myself in my later playthroughs. Worked like a charm. Unless they did something in the later patches to inhibit that. Then I think your out of luck?

I seriously can't imagine wanting to "cheat"... but I DO think that making something as simple as bandages is WAY too hard (and expensive) in this game.

haha~ thats why you steal them, trade for them, or shoot the other guy before he hurts you! I just make bandages late game when I've got too much resources. Funny how you never seem to need them at that point though. heh

As for cheating, yea, after 10 somthing playthroughs I needed something to change things up I guess. *raises hands guiltily*

Well, I want to have a table. Problem is, half the time I try it myself with CE the game crashes. So are you able to make a table?

Kinda late, but if you haven't found it yet, use "Shinkansen This War of Mine V1005", it's a CE table. You will not get tons of itens, but you can make unlimited quantity of the ones you have the materials to make at least 1. That's it, if you have the necessary to make 1 cooked meal you can make as much as you like. It doesn't work only with things you have to set the position, like beds, chairs, etc. Also there are other useful scripts on the table.

Just use tools of the game (from steam library right click game select tools) create new mod then click edit. Later on the editor window from treeview click Items tab expand it select an item expand crafting Recipes then select "Kosovo item element crafting recipe". Then, on the right panel set CrafterAcceptNoIngredients to true then "Kosovo item element crafting recipe" sub items(right click remove). Then you will craft that item without any element. If you will change a workshop,garden etc. do not set CrafterAcceps... to true, just remove materials like wood etc. but leave example basicworkshop1,garden1.
To make crafting faster set craftingTimeInHours to 0.001 for example. To craft more items at once set CraftingResultItemsCount 50 100 150 ... If you want to change the stack size (example bullets has 20 stack size) go to main item on treeview then on right panel scroll down a little find Stack size property thent set it o 50-100-150 ... this tool is pretty simple to cheat.

Don't worry, I download all mods/hacks from this site. MrAntiFun is the creator/admin of the forums, and there are so many trainers of different games too, just sign in/create account and download. No ads or anything, really helpful and a basic trainer.

No acutally, I want to cheat and explore the entire game. I had a table for this before and there is acutally a bit of a conflict between killing real soilders or not. I just want to enjoy the game, just sick of lack of food. So yeah, cheating help is welcomed but check the year of this thread...
