Razor Blade?

Been playing this game for years. Never seen a razor blade until today. Looting the Old Toy Store. No label, no description but the icon is clearly a razor. No idea what it is for.

Yeah I have never seen that. Also according to a wiki (as to me it looks like a silencer) and no items that look like that.
The only thing I can think of is the image has gone wrong unless its a new item from their new dlc (which I don't have yet - I was testing the game still worked before buying.)

I am going to subscribe so if someone else knows, we both know :)

It's one of the "book pieces" for the new DLC. These items also spawn in vanilla game even if you don't have the DLC.

Oh, OK. Seems odd we have a useless item in the normal game modes. Wonder if they are going to correct this issue. I use no mods currently.

Wow! That is so weird. Just a new random bit of garbage pops up in my game. I thought it was part of that new DLC I didnt get.

I did not. Just 2 days ago I found a pile of snow at a location as loot.... Very strange. I use one mod. A music pack to expand the guitar songs.
