Can't Trade at Hotel? Bugged or Angry With Me?

8 Days ago (in game) I snuck in and stole items from the hotel as one of my characters. She has since died in a fatal accident at the Brothel (I accidentally clicked the wrong direction and the AI considered her hostile and took her out.)

I went back with a newly acquired character, Boris, and while the person on the bottom floor doesn't seem to mind me, and it even appears that people on the top floor don't really mind me (despite investigating the noise) the moment I go to the floor with the bed/fridge to trade, I've got a gun pulled on me and I'm told to GTFO.

Is this location pretty much unuseable now as a trading post because of the actions of an earlier character? I've broken into the brothel multiple times, but to my knowledge the guy at the front door is still willing to trade with me. If this is the case, well... that sucks, I've got moonshine out the wazoo and nobody to trade it with except the occassional door visitor.

EDIT: Well, looks like I can't trade with either, although funny enough the "thug" at the front of the Brothel doesn't pull a gun on, hell, he barely even cares when I steal from his cabinet right in front of him.

The folks at the Hotel definitely dislike me and call me a thief and vermin and other stuff, so I guess that bridge was accidentally burnt. That sucks...

As long as one of your group pissed off the guards in a location,the said location will become hostile to you till the end of the war.

That's a bummer, but good to know. I guess if I ever become desperate I can just go in there guns blazing.

Well,not really sure if they will "remember" you if their reaction at your theft is simply harrasing instead of gun pulling,but yeah,feel free to do so.
