Frankly, if I were in such a situation, I could maybe, just maybe, make something that resembles a crowbar (or a shiv lol)-- I'm not even sure how the hell I'd make a spiked, grating metal implement like a sawblade.
It's possible to make a crowbar (solid iron pipe + grinding tool + bending tools) or sawblade (thin car plating + metal saw + metal drill + iron file) but the crowbar will bend out of shape eventualy because it was already bent a few times and the sawblade will have it's teeth deformed in no time because crafting the item made the metal weaker.
My advice: Use a little imagination. In reality these tools could take several hours to make by hand especially the sawblade with all it's teeth that need to be sharpened and alligned.
Those are the rules of the game mate. I reckon you are familiar with how that works by now.
