Is there a way to change the size of your backpacks on characters?

Found a "Bag" item in the mod tool. Set it to spawn in base and that was it since everything else was in place. Loot the base and found the item but it's name and descripition was weird. Added to the character's inventory for scavenging. Didn't change backpack space. Got to scavenging location and it DID increase his carry capacity. By 6 just as was programmed by developers. Loaded up on items and purposely took back a different item per inventory slot to easily check what my character takes off the map vs what he adds to base. Get back to base and the info on what I brought back is missing 6 different items. Check my base and sure enough those unlisted items didn't get added to my shelter. Not sure if they got left on the map or lost in limbo. Didn't matter since Backpacks are buggy and would be easier to update everyones default size limit or increase items stack size....

Well I believe the point of this game is to have very limited inventory so you got this sense of survival. You need to go for supplies every night not just store them

Jayz, to be fair, the devs really DO listen to their fanbase. These modding tools are the result of that. I'm positive they're working to get more stuff out. They even said that more tools were coming. The key is to be patient. The process of creating modding tools and making them user-friendly is not an easy thing to do, and these devs want to make sure we get the best experience possible.

I think that in order to edit inventory size, the Bag item should be edited to function as an actual item. It probably wouldn't be that hard once we get some comprehensive guides out. It would mostly require editing all the characteristics of the Bag to function like another item. The only issue is that we don't have any other storage-increasing items to go off of.

You can mod a bag, equip and go for loot but function is buggy. When you return to shelter, Items don't go to shelter inventory. They vanish. Also you can't edit the characters skills, backpack sizes etc. So we need to wait an another update.
