It's not gamebreaking for me though
As far as locations/base layout mods go, there are none as there is no tools to create them at this moment. There has been talk on here about how awesome it would be have to have the ability to create custom locations but I don't think there's been any comment on that from 11 bit.
Agree it's not game breaking but I boot up every few months to enjoy it again, was thinking I'd play it much more often if a bit more random events / different bases were added.
Anyway, here's how: - When you open the tools, go to Main config, then look under Game config for an option called HomeSceneNames. That's the starting shelters.
- Add an entry called "!CURRENT/WAR_STORY_1/0_home_shelter_tenement_house" and the dlc shelter will be randomly selected at the start of a classic or custom scenario.
- If you remove the other two entries, it will be the only shelter available.
